Why Volunteer?

Alcohol and drug abuse and compulsive gambling are growing concerns. More and more people are realizing their devastating effects on the economy, the crime rate, the mortality rate (especially those from accidents and suicides), the health care system, and - most tragically - on the family.

We want to do all we can to help those inflicted by these diseases and, by doing so, stem the larger devastating effects. The time and resources that we need to do all that we can for our clients greatly oversteps our limited financial capabilities. We need to look for other, more efficient ways of achieving our goals. Committing your time and talents will help us do so.

Every individual has their own special combinations of skills, qualities and experiences. We encourage you to share these gifts with all of us at the Centre and to help enrich our program and create the highest level of care we possibly can.

You can volunteer by downloading, filling-out, and sending in the volunteer application.
