Human Resource Manager / IT Coordinator - Krista Dansereau, B.Sc.
Krista joined the Thorpe Recovery Centre at a crucial turning point as the new facility proceeded and we moved close to attaining our vision. Krista worked in software development and training and implementation teams, moving into education as a college instructor and finally as the Director for that same college for a number of years where she then found herself with TRC. Krista’s expertise includes talent management, organizational development, training and development, and project management. Krista is passionate about helping TRC utilize its resources and talent while continually adding to both, ensuring individuals are fulfilled and making the most of their role within the organization. Krista has played a vital part in policies and procedures implementation, thorough documentation standards, expert hiring practices, training and development while maintaining our technology infrastructure. All of this has allowed us to make great strives throughout the entire organization. Krista always knew that she'd be involved with an organization that had a lasting impact on society as a whole, and is proud to play but a small part in the millions of lives the Thorpe Recovery Centre will change.
