Men's Long Term Residence

Harris House is a supportive recovery home for men who are healing from the effects of alcohol and drug dependency. It is operated by the "Slim" Thorpe Recovery Centre in Lloydminster AB. and has been in operation since 2004. We provide residents with a stable and safe living environment and facilitate community development by assisting men in establishing a longer-term network of support. The length of stay at Harris House is flexible according to the individuals needs, generally anywhere from 3 months to 18 months, and can be extended if warranted. We have a total of 14 beds, and the cost of residency includes: a shared room, utilities, individual counselling, and group sessions.
